Meet Jaskiran Sidhu,
Hi I’m Jas

Do you ever feel like you’re working so hard to keep everything together,
yet still feel like you’re falling behind? Does the idea of opening up to someone new feel a bit
daunting, even though you know you can’t keep carrying this weight alone?
If you’re feeling a bit nervous about being here, please know that’s a completely natural place to start. I believe that you shouldn’t have to navigate life’s hurdles in isolation. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where we can dive deep into what’s holding you back and develop a roadmap for the person you want to become.
Whether we are untangling the complexities of addiction, managing the weight of anxiety, or
finding ways to restore harmony in your daily life, I am here to help you regain your strength.
Let’s collaborate to transform your stressors into opportunities for growth, ensuring you feel
empowered to lead a life that is truly your own.
Education
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina A&T
State University.
To further support my work with couples and families, I also completed a Graduate Certificate in Marriage and Family Counseling to meet the specialized needs of those navigating relational
distress.
My clinical background includes supporting adolescents, young adults, and older adults across
a wide range of cultures and identities. I have extensive experience helping individuals navigate childhood trauma, life transitions, relational conflict, and anxiety.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in the state of North
Carolina and an Associate Sexual Addiction Therapist-Candidate (ASAT-Candidate).
