I received a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling with a specialization in Addiction and Recovery from Liberty University
I am a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist
I have received training as a Clinical Trauma Professional
I have provided counseling to clients spanning 17 years from teens to older adults across various cultures and identities

Therapy Approaches

I use a holistic , collaborative, and client-centered approach incorporating several evidenced-based treatments depending the unique needs of the client. I tend to pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Family Systems therapy. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your emotions, process your experiences, and find a path forward that works for you.
