Hi, I’m Brittany Coulsting. Are you struggling with relationship issues or partner betrayal or other forms of trauma that you would like to heal from? Experience/Education
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a Master of Arts in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I earned a Graduate Certificate in Addictions Counseling to meet the increasingly complex needs of individuals and families dealing with addictive use disorders. I have been providing counseling to individuals, children, adolescents, and families in mental health and substance abuse settings. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina and a National Certified Counselor.

I offer holistic and evidence-based approaches to tailor treatment to your unique needs. These approaches may include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed therapy.
My passion is helping those experiencing challenges with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, identity development, women’s issues, stress, and relationship issues. I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples from a variety of diverse backgrounds, ages, and cultures. I am here to serve as a source of support in your efforts to achieve healthy mental and emotional functioning. I will approach my involvement in your mental health with compassion and respect.
